Keep AI useful by treating it like infrastructure. Track output quality, review overrides, failure cases, and usage. When the tool drifts, tune the prompt, data, or workflow.

The boring maintenance is the point. Production AI work is less about the launch demo and more about making sure the fifth week still works.
